Bledsoe’s goal was to improve the recovery experience by replacing their existing walking boot with a full-shelled pneumatic design focused on structural support, patient comfort, and athletic design language. The 3D model of the walker boot is designed with extensive computer analysis to optimize strength and reduce material. The CAD package is scalable to 6 different production sizes to accommodate more users.
